U.S. Shipping
All orders placed on www.youvites.com are shipped within the United States only. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding national U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 12pm Eastern Time (ET) will begin processing the next business day. For example, orders placed after 12pm ET on Friday will process the following Monday, barring holidays. Please plan accordingly.

Shipping Times
Orders take approximately 2 business days to process. Weekends and national U.S. holidays are not considered business days. Once processed, your order will typically arrive within 3-7 business days, though delivery may vary by location and could be quicker. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping Notes
- Address Verification: We use Shopify’s automatic address verification system. If an address cannot be verified, we’ll contact you via email or phone for confirmation. Unresolved issues may delay your order.
- Order Changes: We cannot modify or cancel orders once they are placed.
- Special Characters: Addresses containing emojis or special characters/fonts are not recognized by our system and will result in order cancellation.
- Carrier Delays: You Vites is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Free Shipping
Orders with a subtotal of $50 or more (before taxes, after discounts) qualify for free shipping. These typically deliver within 5-10 business days after processing, though some may arrive sooner.
High-Value Orders
Orders exceeding $150 require a signature upon delivery at no additional cost. Please provide an address where someone is available to sign during business hours. If unavailable, the carrier will hold the package at their local facility for pickup.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO:
- Hotels, motels, resorts, or schools
- Freight forwarders or unverified addresses
- APO/FPO addresses
