How long does shipping take?
For addresses within the continental U.S., your order should arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
Do you ship to my country?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more within the continental U.S. For orders under $50, there is a flat shipping fee of $5.
What if my shipping address is incorrect?
Once your order is placed, we cannot reroute it. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address, contact us at support@youvites.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
What if my order was lost / not delivered / an item is missing?
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as it being lost or incomplete, please contact us at support@youvites.com with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, including reaching out to the carrier if necessary.
Can I ship to a PO BOX or an APO/FPO address?
We can ship to PO boxes. However, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

What is your return policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order or products, please contact us within 30 days of your order date at support@youvites.com. Include your order number and the reason for your refund or replacement request. We will work with you to replace, credit, or refund your purchase. Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable. We may request the return of products, empty bottles, photographic documentation, or other information for quality control purposes. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit refunds, returns, or exchanges in all instances.
What are the steps for returning a product?
The steps for return are: 1) Contact us at support@youvites.com within 30 days of your order date. 2) Provide your order number and reason for the return. 3) We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 4) Ship the items back to the address provided with your RMA within 14 days. 5) Once received and inspected, we will process your refund, replacement, or credit within 5 business days from the receipt of your item.
