Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more within the continental U.S. For orders under $50, there is a flat shipping fee of $5.

What if my shipping address is incorrect?

Once your order is placed, we cannot reroute it. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase. We use an automatic address verification system; if your address cannot be verified, we will contact you for confirmation. What if my order was lost / not delivered / an item is missing?

Can I ship to a PO BOX or an APO/FPO address?

We can ship to PO boxes. However, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Do you require a signature for delivery?

Orders exceeding $150 require a signature upon delivery at no additional cost. Please ensure someone is available to sign at the delivery address during business hours.

Can I ship to a hotel, motel, resort, or school?

No, we do not ship to hotels, motels, resorts, schools, freight forwarders, or unverified addresses. Orders to these locations will be canceled and refunded.

What if my address contains special characters or emojis?

Addresses containing emojis or special characters/fonts are not recognized by our system and will result in order cancellation. Please use standard characters in your shipping address.

What happens if there are delays with the shipping carrier?

You Vites is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if you experience issues with your delivery, please contact us at support@youvites.com, and we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier.

What is your return policy?

At You Vites, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can initiate a return, refund, or replacement within 30 days of your order’s shipment date. To start, email support@youvites.com with your order number, the email address used for the order, and the reason for your return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and guide you through the process. Refunds require a valid receipt and an RMA, and cover only the item’s original price, excluding shipping charges and taxes. Each item can be returned only once. We may request returned items, empty containers, photos, or other documentation for quality control, and we reserve the right to monitor returns and limit refunds, returns, or exchanges to prevent abuse.

What are the steps for returning a product?

To return a product: 1. Email support@youvites.com within 30 days of your order’s shipment date with your order number, the email address used for the order, and the reason for your return. 2. Receive your Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return shipping address from our team. 3. Securely pack the items and ship them to the provided address with your RMA. You’re responsible for return shipping costs; for items over $75, we recommend trackable shipping and insurance. 4. Once we receive the items, we’ll process your request (refund, replacement, or credit) within 5-7 business days and notify you via email. Note: Refunds are issued only for items received at our warehouse within 90 days of purchase, excluding initial shipping costs and taxes.
